3. Bookings & Cancellations

Booking: You may book driving lessons online via our platform or by contacting our team.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit of the lesson fee.

No-shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled lesson without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments must be made in advance via our approved payment gateways.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change without prior notice.

5. Instructor Conduct

Our instructors are fully accredited and committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment. If you experience any issues with your instructor, please contact us immediately.

6. Student Responsibilities

You agree to:

Arrive on time for each lesson.
Be fit to drive (not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that affects driving).
Bring your learner’s permit or driver’s licence to every lesson.
Follow the instructor’s directions and Australian road rules at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

DrivingTrainers.com.au and its instructors will not be liable for:

Any accidents or injuries occurring during or after a driving lesson due to student negligence.
Any fines or penalties incurred by the student.
Any loss or damage resulting from misuse of our website or services.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform. All content, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of DrivingTrainers.com.au and is protected by copyright laws.
